The machine will be overhauled in our company at the customer's request. Among other things, the following points will be renewed:
- Conversion to Siemens S7
- New electrical components
- New pneumatic lines
- Overhauled pneumatic components
- New valve terminal
- Overhaul of the suction system
- Overhaul of minimum lubrication system
- Replacement of general wear parts
- Overhaul of the loading magazine

The machine is additionally equipped with
Hsdpouizi Iofx Aa Tsfb
- a belt magazine for 4m bars (optional 6m)
- AC servo-controlled material feed unit
- Splitting extension (for a high-quality cutting surface without return marks)

Due to its equipment and design, the machine is suitable for mass cutting of steel in the high-precision tolerance range.

The sawing machine is currently in pre-overhaul status and can therefore only be viewed in its original condition without function. After a general overhaul (retrofit), the system is in mint condition, which is guaranteed by our company. The delivery time is approx. 4 months.

Guarantee:
Unless otherwise agreed, we provide a 6-month guarantee on all parts overhauled or replaced by us. Working time and wearing parts are excluded from the guarantee.
